Any purchase over £199 and we'll give you free next day shipping to mainland UK.

All our orders are sent out for Next Day Delivery & if you order something in-stock before 1pm on any business day (Mon-Fri) it will go out that same day. Otherwise you will be contacted to confirm a suitable delivery date.

High Level of Customer Service and Communication

At Music Junkie we pride ourselves on being an independant retailer and as such we offer high levels of communication from when your order is placed to receiving your new item. Some items are dispatched from centrally based warehouses and as such next day delivery cant be guaranteed. We aim to complete all orders within 7 days unless you are otherwise notified.

1-Hour Delivery Window

We use Interlink Express for all courier services. They will provide you with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcels. They will notify you by text and email on the morning of your delivery.

Same Day Dispatch

If you order something in-stock before 1pm on any business day (Mon-Fri) it will be sent out the same business day! This means that your order will be with you as early as the next working morning.

Specify a Delivery Date

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched you will receive an automated e-mail and SMS message to let you know it has safely dispatched. Your order status will provide details of your order tracking. All orders can be fully tracked with our courier DPD or by phone us on 0116 262 5625 or by visiting the Music Junkie Website and logging into 'My Account'. All tracking details can be followed from there.

EU & Worldwide Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping outside the UK but are looking to do so very soon.

UK Mainland Customers

Our free next day delivery service applies to all orders over £199 that are under 25Kgs to mainland UK addresses (excludes Scottish Highland Murray, Aberdeenshire, Bute areas and extreme weight items). This offer will be automatically calculated on your shopping cart. Most customers will be eligible for this offer as the majority of gitems fall well within the 25Kg limit.

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • £3.99 - Next day mainland UK delivery up to 25Kgs (an extra £0.50 applies per Kg thereafter)
  • Free - On orders over £199.00 up to 25Kgs (an extra £0.50 applies per Kg thereafter)
  • £9.99 - Scottish Highland surcharge

UK Islands Rates

(including Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands)

  • £19.99 - 48 hour delivery up to 25Kgs (an extra £0.50 applies per Kg thereafter)

Cancellations & Returns Policy

All goods and services are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334). This regulation essentially ensures that the consumer is given clear information about the goods and services the supplier is offering, is provided with an order confirmation via email and has a cancellation period of 14 days from the day after the date of delivery - during which time the consumer may cancel the contract by notifying the supplier of their request to cancel either in writing by email.

If you wish to cancel your order during the cancellation period set out in clause 1, please notify us in writing to by emailing returns@musicjunkie.co.uk A telephone call is not sufficient unless both you and Music Junkie agree otherwise.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract within the cancellation period, either before or after you have received the goods, you should return the goods to us within a reasonable time period (usually 14 days) and take reasonable care in doing so. The risk and cost of returning the goods to us shall be borne by you unless you have notified us that the goods are faulty and the fault is verified by us. If you fail to return the goods to us, you must make them available for collection upon notification from us that we intend to collect the goods.

Upon cancellation of the contract we will credit your account with a full refund of the money paid to us, including the cost of delivery of the goods to you, as soon as possible and not later than 14 days after receipt of the goods and notice of cancellation. If you do not return the goods or do not pay the costs of delivery to us, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct cost of recovering the goods from the amount of the refund.

Goods should be returned and re-packed in the original packaging as received complete 'AS SOLD' and in 'AS NEW' condition (for example, if the packaging has been opened to examine the product/s you must have done so without damaging the packaging or the product/s in any way).

You have a duty to take reasonable care of the products while in your possession and during the cancellation period to maintain them in the condition in which they were supplied by us. If goods are damaged or your use of the goods has gone beyond your right to reasonably inspect and assess the goods, Music Junkie reserves the right to seek recompense.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -

  • 7.1 - In the case of copyrighted goods (all Software, Drivers, media and sample CDs) where the packaging has been unsealed and/or the product has been registered unless the product is faulty.
  • 7.2 - For Health and Safety reasons to products such as microphones, headphones, earphones, in-ear monitoring devices and brass and woodwind mouthpieces that have been used or where the hygienic seal has been removed or broken and
  • 7.3 - to any products that we have ordered to your specification or customised specifically for you.

If a fault should occur with your product outside the cancellation period and within the 12 month manufacturers' warranty period, you may wish to take your product to any manufacturer’s authorised repair centre (with a copy of your receipt from us) or you may wish to return the product/s to our returns department, with a copy of your receipt and a full written description of the fault. Our returns department can send your faulty product/s to the manufacturer or authorised service centre on your behalf. If the product is found to be faulty we will repair it free of charge and return the product/s to you. If we or the manufacturer are unable to repair your product within 30 days of its receipt by us we will offer you the choice of a replacement, a choice of an alternative product to the same value or a full refund.
